Employment Reference

Your experience in the workforce is a valuable source of information. Confirm current and former employment and obtain an overall evaluation of your work performance.

References can include Human Resources, supervisors, co-workers and others with whom you have worked. Capture reference evaluations as an employee or as an intern and highlight this experience.

You have a story that defines who you are. Personal references are individuals with whom you have been associated who can tell your story and provide an evaluation of your character and unique abilities.

Choose the appropriate reference category- Internship, Teacher, Instructor, Professor, Coach, Volunteer, Organization or Other from the dropdown below.

How It Works !

Choose either an employment reference or one of the choices for a personal reference

• You will be prompted to enter the name and e-mail address of your reference and other pertinent information
• You can choose to have the response from each reference emailed directly to the school, scholarship or other program.
• A list of standard questions will be generated based upon your entry
• You will have the opportunity to delete any of the standard questions generated

Additionally, you can add questons that will prompt your reference to respond and highlight your unique skills and experience.

Best of all, you can create any question that you would like to ask your reference. You will have the opportunity to ask specific questions that will allow your reference to elaborate about you and your abilities and accomplishments relating to your employer, school or organization.

Your questions can help an admissions officer, scholarship program, internship coordinator or employer evaluate you and your experience.

After you approve of the questions that each reference will receive, we will generate an email that includes your questions to each reference. A Letter of Recommendation report will be generated with the response from each reference. Responses from reference are compiled into an easy to read report.

If a response from a reference is incomplete or inconsistent, you may delete this reference from your Letter of Recommendation report.

Please note that the integrity of this process is of the utmost importance. Providing false or misleading information regarding your references may be grounds for denying or revoking an opportunity. To ensure the integrity of the process, please provide professional email addresses for your references, if possible.
